Discrimination Complaint Procedures
It is the policy of the Middlesex County Board of Social Services to afford equal opportunity and treatment of employees, applicants for employment, or services without regard to race, color, sex, age, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry, marital status, physical or mental handicap, affection or sexual orientation, or atypical hereditary cellular or blood type.
Any employee, employment applicant or applicant for services who believes that he or she has been subjected to unlawful discrimination has the right to file a discrimination complaint.
